Return Policy
General return conditions
We offer the possibility to return items within 30 days of receipt. After this period, no refund or exchange can be made.
We accept returns of new or lightly used items within this 30-day period.
We also accept exchanges within this 30-day period.
Return processing fees
There are no restocking fees.
How to return an item
1️⃣ Contact our customer service at contact@eclores.com to initiate your return request.
2️⃣ You may also use the withdrawal form available on our website.
3️⃣ Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the return instructions and return address will be sent to you by email.
Return shipping fees and responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
The return shipment remains under the customer’s responsibility until it is received at our return facility.
If the value of the returned product exceeds £100, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
Items not eligible for return
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Products that have been damaged after delivery
Products showing excessive use beyond normal inspection
Refunds and exchanges
Conditions for accepting a refund or exchange
Any return request made more than 30 days after receipt of the order will not be accepted.
If defects or damages are found on the returned item without prior proof (photos or videos provided before return), the refund or exchange request may be declined.
Whenever possible, the item should be returned in its original packaging.
Including the order confirmation email or order number in the parcel helps us process the return more quickly.
Refund processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email to confirm its reception and inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you do not receive your refund within the indicated time frame:

2️⃣ Contact your card issuer.
3️⃣ Contact your bank.
4️⃣ If the issue persists, contact our customer service at contact@eclores.com.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged items received during delivery may be replaced.
To confirm that the damage occurred during transport, we may request a photo of the product in its original packaging at the time of opening, with the shipping label visible.
