Shipping policy

Processing and delivery times:

Processing time: 1 to 2 days from Monday to Friday.
Transit time (United Kingdom): 6 to 8 days from Monday to Friday
Total delivery time (United Kingdom): 7 to 10 business days (from Monday to Friday)

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 17:00 (UK time / GMT) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after Friday 17:00 ( UK time / GMT) will be processed the following Monday.

Change of delivery address:

Once an order is in transit, we are no longer able to modify the delivery address. If a change of address is required, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@eclores.com.

Cancellation policy and address errors:

Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been prepared for shipment. We recommend submitting your request within 24 hours after purchase. Once the item has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for any refund requests.

We encourage you to carefully check your address before completing your order. Address corrections can only be made if the order is still being processed.

Éclores cannot be held responsible for orders returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Parcels damaged in transit:

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery and immediately informing our customer service team.

If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact us at contact@eclores.com and include photos of the product and its packaging.
