Yes. Every piece is packaged in reinforced protective materials. If your item arrives damaged, simply contact us with a photo of the parcel and product — we'll find a solution quickly.

Where stated on the product page, yes. Otherwise, each fitting is compatible with standard LED bulbs (E27 or G9 depending on the model). We recommend a warm white bulb (2700K–3000K) for a welcoming, cosy atmosphere.
